11.A) Proposed Amendment to the Lease Agreement Between the County of Frederick, Virginia and H&R Block Eastern Enterprises, Inc. The Board of Supervisors will Conduct a Public Hearing on an Amendment to the Existing Lease Agreement Between the County of Frederick, Virginia and H&R Block Eastern Enterprises, Inc., for Space Located at 223 Sunnyside Plaza Drive and More Particularly Described as Certain Real Property Containing Approximately 1,440 Square Feet Said Property Being Part of that Parcel Identified as Parcel Number 53-A-52-E in the Stonewall Magisterial District. The Proposed Amendment Would Extend the Existing Lease for an Additional 2 Years Commencing on May 1, 2026, and Expiring April 30, 2028.
