6.C) The Director of Public Works requests a $50,000 General Fund supplemental appropriation representing funds for a new pet recreation area at the Animal Shelter.  Funds are available in the Animal Shelter Reserve.  This item was approved by the Public Works Committee.  No additional local funds required.
