6.M) Finance Committee Item: The Parks & Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $456,000 to expand the parking area at Clearbrook Park.  Funds are available in the Parks Proffer Reserve. The Finance Committee recommends approval.
