7.G) Transportation Committee Business Item: Authorization for staff to execute a contract with the Timmons Group to complete the required Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Warrior Drive Trail Extension project.  The proposal from Timmons Group is $17,000, and the committee and staff recommended the inclusion of a 15% contingency for a total of $19,550.
