9.B) Grievance Policy Update   The Committee recommends approval of a change to Frederick County Human Resources Policy 12.3(f) – Grievance Procedure to provide guidance for future grievance panels with the following modification to the policy: “The panel’s decision can affirm, reverse or modify the discipline that is being grieved.”
