10.A) Ballot Initiative for Indoor Aquatics Facility   The Commission unanimously recommends that the Board pursue a ballot initiative to use General Obligation bonds in the maximum principal amount of $19,500,000 to finance, in whole or in part, the costs of the acquisition, construction, equipping, and furnishing of a new Indoor Aquatics Facility in the County.
