6:00 p.m. - Closed Session   The Board will enter a closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sec. 2.2-3711(A)(1) for discussion or consideration of prospective candidates for employment as Interim County Administrator, and pursuant to Virginia Code Sec. 2.2-3711(A)(29) for discussion of the award of a public contract involving the expenditure of public funds, specifically regarding the award of a contract for consulting services related to the retention of a County Administrator, where discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.
