8.C) Public Safety Radio System Procurement   Staff is seeking the following actions from the Board of Supervisors:   Authorization as follows:   to issue a Notice of Intent to award a contract to EF Johnson for a new public safety radio system   for the County Administrator to execute a contract with EF Johnson for a not to exceed amount of $20,007,471, pending final legal review   for a project contingency budget with a not to exceed amount of $1,500,000.   Authorization for the County Administrator to execute a contract with Mission Critical Partners, LLC, for project management support for a not to exceed amount of $530,000, pending legal review.
