8.A) Committee Appointments   Conservation Easement Authority  3-year terms of  Elaine M. Cain, Lowell J. Henderson, and Charles E. Triplett expired 08/24/21 All three members are eligible and willing to serve another term.   Winchester-Frederick County Tourism Board The Nominating Committee of the Winchester-Frederick County Tourism Board recommends Ms. Ashley Sonntag and Dr. Joey Gawrysiak be considered for board service for a three-year term to begin immediately through June 2024.  Both would be filling vacant positions as Frederick County representatives of public/non-profit sector organizations.   Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional Commission (NSVRC) 3-year terms of members Jay E. Tibbs and Eric R. Lawrence and alternate Wyatt G. Pearson expire 09/30/21 All three members are eligible and willing to serve another term.
