10.A) Amendment to the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year Budget - Pursuant to Section 15.2-2507 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as Amended, the Board of Supervisors will Hold a Public Hearing to Amend the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget to Reflect a ARPA Fund Supplemental Appropriation in the Amount of $17,348,003. This Amount Represents American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF) Allocated by the United States Department of the Treasury to Provide Emergency Funding to Support the Immediate Pandemic Response and Its Economic Impacts.
