My Property adjoins the Orrick Commons property where the Single Family homes are to be built.
I have concerns about the Farmington Road extension and the buffer area separating the new SF homes and LynneHaven subdivision.
-What is the proposed Buffer space between LynneHaven Subdivision and new SF Homes property. Specifically, what is the Buffer space in terms of feet, separating 400 Farmington from the new Single Family Homes.
- Will the Buffer space include the existing Trees/foliage; Note some of the larger trees on Orrick Property are old and diseased. I have had issues in the past with these trees being uprooted and causing damage to my home. I am concerned that further development will weaken the ground supporting the trees causing a potential hazard. I would like to know what the new owners plans are for this space. Will they plant new trees and provide Landscaping for the Single Family Buffer areas separating Lynnhaven subdivision.
- Will Sidewalks be built with the proposed Farmington extension, connecting Lynnhaven to SteepleChase subdivision
- Will David Holiday be the Builder, or will he flip property to another Developer if Zoning is approved
- If revised Zoning approved, What is the projected Start date
