    To the Frederick County Planning Commission:

    My name is Paula O. Henry, and I am the owner of Parcel 54-A- 97U, which is adjacent to the subject property (Parcel 54-A-97F) in this application for conditional use. I am writing this letter to express my objection to the proposed construction of a telecommunication tower on Parcel 54A-97F. I currently have Parcel 54-A-97U marketed to sell, and I strongly believe that such a tower would discourage prospective buyers from purchasing my property because of the tower’s appearance and close proximity. I believe that this will ultimately lower the value of my property. Further, there is a residential neighborhood across Fort CollierRoad, and such a tower would also be a detriment to the value of those homes and quality of life of the residents of that neighborhood.

    If, after you have considered my objections to the proposed conditional use, you are inclined to approve the conditional use permit application, then I strongly suggest that you impose requirements for the construction of the tower such that it’s appearance is nature-like (made to look like a tree, etc).
