10.B) 2. The Parks & Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $105,000. This amount represents proffer funds for the construction of a playground at Sherando Park.  This item was approved by the P&R Commission.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.
