10.C) 3. The Parks & Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $95,000. This amount represents proffer funds for the installation of pickleball courts at Clearbrook Park.  This item was approved by the P&R Commission.  No local funds required.   The committee recommends approval.
