11.D) 4. The Winchester Regional Airport Authority Executive Director requests an Airport Capital and General Fund supplemental appropriations in the amount of $264,873.  This amount represents carry forward of unspent funds on open purchase orders at the end of FY21. The Committee recommends approval.
