11.E) 5. The NRADC Superintendent requests a Jail Fund budget transfer in the amount of $169,267. This amount represents funds needed to replace the virtual infrastructure at the jail.  This item has been through the IT Committee.  Policy requires action to transfer out of a fringe benefit line item. The Committee recommends approval.
