10.A) 1. The Planning Director provides a proposed Monetary Guaranty and Performance Agreement policy and requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Board of Supervisors for adoption of the policy.  The committee recommends policy adoption with the latitude to make minor edits via the County Attorney.
