10.D) 4. The Greenwood Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company President requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $41,398.14. This amount represents available proffer funds for the station renovation.  This item was approved by the Public Safety Committee.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.
