9.A) Board of Zoning Appeals Opequon District   5-year term of R. K. Shirley expires December 31, 2022. Mr. Shirley is ineligible for reappointment following redistricting. See attached application of James Prohaska.

10) Committee Business - Finance Committee Business Postponed From Previous Meeting

10.A) The FCPS Executive Director of Finance requests a School Operating Fund and General Fund supplemental appropriations in the amount of $266,148.45.   This amount represents a carry forward of FY 2022 unspent restricted grant funds.  The committee recommends approval.

10.B) The FCPS Executive Director of Finance requests School Capital Fund and General Fund supplemental appropriations in the amount of $1,023,546.   This amount represents FY 2022 unspent and unobligated School Operating Fund funds.  Funds will be used to provide support for the FY 2023 Capital Asset Plan.  Local funds are required.  The committee recommends approval.     The committee approved a second motion to advance cash for the budgeted $4,117,427 SBCR Grant funds in order to reduce the delay in completing capital projects.

13.A) CUP #09 - 22 - McKenzie's Doodles -This is a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for James Brown and Susan Brown for a dog kennel and breeding, McKenzie’s Doodles. This is also a relocation of an existing approvedkennel (CUP #02-15) operating in similar manner and under similar conditions.
