11.A) Application Preparation Expenditures Request:  The Committee recommends that the Board authorize staff to incur expenses under the transportation fund for several efforts related to preparation for upcoming application rounds and due diligence for project development/readiness.  These are the Lenoir Drive slip ramps conceptual layout and cost estimate, concept drawings and cost estimates for Transportation Alternatives program applications and the concept drawings and cost estimates for Revenue Sharing program applications. The estimated cost for these efforts through the end of the fiscal year is expected to be under $100,000.00.
