11.A) The Parks and Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $3,000.   This amount represents a donation from the Kiwanis Club of Winchester for the purchase of a youth disc golf course.  Final project costs are pending awaiting final location determination for the course.  The committee recommends approval.
