11.B) The Parks and Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $20,000.   This amount represents a donation from the Blue Ridge Volleyball Association for the installation of three sand volleyball courts at Clearbrook Park.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.
