10.D) Employee Grievance Panel Pool   Because of attrition, there is a need to increase the pool of available Grievance Panel members. Those appointed to the Grievance Panel Pool may be called to serve on a specific employee Grievance Panel on an as needed basis.  The County Administrator recommends appointment of Robert Hess and Richard Till who have expressed interest in serving in the Grievance Panel Pool. Their resumes are attached.
