11.A) Amendment to the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year Budget – Pursuant to Section 15.2-2507 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as Amended, the Board of Supervisors will Hold a Public Hearing to Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget to Reflect a General Fund Supplemental Appropriation in the Amount of $5,000,000.  This Amount Represents Revenue from the Virginia Department of Commerce for Construction Related Costs for the Airport Terminal Project.  Funds Must be Received by the County General Fund and Disbursed to the Economic Development Authority Per the Terms from the State of Virginia.
