8.C) Discussion: Proposal for a Joint Board of Supervisors-School Board Meeting   Supervisor Dunn proposes a joint meeting and/or retreat in July 2020 to discuss broad educational issues including budgets, means to raise revenue to address a growing population in Frederick County, and/or other issues of concern to members of either the Board of Supervisors or the School Board.
