10.A) Route 37 Study Update: The project before the bid was estimated around $250,000. After public input and the modeling efforts, the new estimate is higher with a not to exceed amount of $380,000.  Staff will work to identify items where internal efforts could help reduce costs. The Committee recommends that the Board of Supervisors authorize staff to proceed with the Route 37 Study.
