8.B) Ordinance to Amend the Frederick County Code, Chapter 48 Animals and Fowl, Article I Dog Licensing; Rabies Control. The purpose of the Proposed Amendment is to update provisions to comport with State enabling legislation should the Board desire to send the matter forward to a public hearing.

11.A) Proposed Amendment to the Lease Agreement between the County of Frederick, Virginia and Brian Keith Matheson The Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on an amendment to the existing lease agreement between the County of Frederick, Virginia and Brian Keith Matheson for space located at 239 Sunnyside Plaza Circle and more particularly described as certain real property containing approximately 1,200 square feet said property being part of that parcel identified as Parcel Number 53-A-52-E in the Stonewall Magisterial District. The proposed amendment would extend the existing lease for an additional 3 years commencing on July 1, 2023 and expiring June 30, 2026.
