10.A) Proposed Boundary Line Adjustment with the Town of Middletown, Virginia – Pursuant to the Code of Virginia §15.2-3107, Notice is Hereby Given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be Conducted by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors of the County of Frederick, Virginia.  The Purpose of the Public Hearing is to Receive Public Comment Regarding a Boundary Line Adjustment Agreement with the Town of Middletown that will Adjust the Boundary Between the Town of Middletown and Frederick County as Follows:   Approximately 15.9953 Acres, More or Less, in Total, will be Brought Within Middletown’s Municipal Boundary, Consisting of Tax Map Number 91-A-27, Which is a Parcel Containing 0.9153 Acres, More or Less, Tax Map Number    91-A-28, Which is a Parcel Containing 12.5628 Acres, More or Less, and 2.5172 Acres, More or Less, of Right-Of-Way Constituting Route 11, From the Current Southern Limit of the Town Where it Intersects Route 11 and Extending to a Line Extending From the Southwestern Boundary of Tax Parcel Number 91-A-27 Across Route 11 at that Location.  These Parcels and the Right-of-Way are Currently Located Entirely in Frederick County.   Action Item 1- Approval of Updated Joint Agreement for Administration of Proffers   Action item 2 - Resolution to Approve Agreement Between the County of Frederick and the Town of Middletown Regarding Boundary Line Adjustment
