10.F) The Stephens City Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company requests an FY 2024 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $249,000.   This amount represents available proffer funds to be used toward the purchase of an ambulance and the tower truck.  Both items are in the County's CIP.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.
