10.I) The Finance Director requests an FY 2024 NRADC Fund budget reduction in the amount of $250,312 and a General Fund budget reduction in the amount of $112,737.   This amount represents the decrease of the total budget due to the change in the COLA percentage approved by the Board of Supervisors, and the corresponding local portion decrease.  The committee recommends approval.
