10.K) The Parks & Recreation Director requests an FY 2024 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $4,430.   This amount represents a donation for the purchase of permanent StoryWalk Boards along the trail at the Bowman Library.  The additional local funds required have been budgeted.  The committee recommends approval.
