10.L) The Parks & Recreation Director requests an FY 2024 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $1,040,686.50.   This amount represents a carry forward of unspent FY 2023 funds for the Abrams Creek Trail design and construction.  The committee recommends approval.
