10.M) The Parks & Recreation Director requests an FY 2024 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $130,509.50.   This amount represents a carry forward of unspent FY 2023 funds for the pickleball courts and field leveling at Sherando Park.  The committee recommends approval.
