Opequon District- I sent an email to Supervisor Wells about concerns with Frederick County Water Utility and outlined specific concerns. In summary I have concerns the outdated payment system, and the leak detection system that generates alerts when a possible leak is detected a residence. Notifications that are sent to Water Utility employees but homeowners are not notified when the system detects a leak at their residence.
