10.E) The Zoning Administrator requests a Transportation Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $330,000 and a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $258,175 (local portion). These amounts represent funds needed for the completion of Eyles Lane in the Oaks at Braddock Crossing subdivision due to a shortfall of the LOC posted by the developer.  Local funds are required. The committee recommends approval.
