10.B) Amendment to the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Budget   Pursuant to Section 15.2-2507 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended, the Board of Supervisors will Hold a Public Hearing to Amend the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget to Reflect a CARES Act Fund Supplemental Appropriation in the Amount of $7,792,215.  This amount represents Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic (CARES) Act Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) allocated by the Commonwealth of Virginia to assist with the direct impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

11.B) Draft Update of the 2020-2021 Frederick County Primary and Interstate Road Improvement Plans - The Primary and Interstate Road Improvement Plans Establish Priorities for Improvements to the Primary and Interstate Road Networks within Frederick County.  Comments from the Transportation Committee will be Forwarded to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors.  Ultimately, the Priorities Adopted by the Board of Supervisors will be Forwarded to the Commonwealth Transportation Board for consideration.   The Virginia Department of Transportation and the Board of Supervisors for the County of Frederick, Virginia, in Accordance with Section 33.2-331 of the Code of Virginia, will Conduct a Joint Public Hearing.  The Purpose of this Public Hearing is to Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Six Year Plan for Secondary Roads for Fiscal Years 2021 Through 2026 in Frederick County and on the Secondary System Construction Budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
