I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I wanted to voice my frustration with the excessive building of car washes and storage unit facilities around the budding residential and commercial areas. They are taking valuable land that could be used for more attractive and beneficial businesses. Do we have someone that seeks out successful small business owners and invites them to build an additional location in our growing areas? The car washes also use valuable water resources. We don't need one every two miles.
