The Property is Located at 231 Vaucluse Spring Lane, Stephens City, Virginia and is Identified with Property Identification Number 84-A-53A in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
I first stayed at the Inn at Vaucluse Spring in May, 2012, when my prospective employer had my wife and I stay there during the interview process. We loved the Inn and the immediate area so much that we bought the house directly across the street from the Inn, where we have lived ever since, which is over 13 years. That's why I am so pleased that the new owner's vision of the property preserves and improves upon the wonderful Inn that first welcomed us to Frederick County.
I am very excited by the proposed updates to the CUP, and I encourage the Board to approve them as soon as possible so that Jan and his partners may materialize their vision for the property.
