10.D) The Public Safety Communications Interim Operations Supervisor requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $22,278.75.   This amount represents a NG911 VDEM grant to complete the text to 9-1-1 migration.  No local funds required.   The committee recommends approval.
