12.A) Proposed Golds Hill Road and Upper Ridge Road Through Truck Restrictions: - Close Golds Hill Road (Route 673) to Through Trucks from North Frederick Pike (Route 522) to Upper Ridge Road (Route 650). - Close Upper Ridge Road (Route 650) to Through Trucks from Apple Pie Ridge Road (Route 739) to Apple Pie Ridge Road (Route 739). The Proposed Alternate Route for these Restrictions is North Frederick Pike (Route 522) at Golds Hill Road (Route 673) to Apple Pie Ridge Road (Route 739) to Upper Ridge Road (Route 650). These Restrictions will Apply to Commercial Vehicles Exceeding 30 Feet in Length.
