10.D) The Parks and Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation not to exceed $1,144,387.49. This amount represents a carry forward to FY 2025 of unspent FY 2024 funds for Abrams Creek and Old Charlestown Road Park projects.  Both projects began in prior fiscal years and are ongoing.  No additional local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
