10.F) The Parks and Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation not to exceed $60,179. This amount represents a carry forward to FY 2025 of unspent FY 2024 proffer funds for Rose Hill Park exercise equipment.  Funds were appropriated in April 2024.  No additional local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
