10.E) VJCCCA requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $5,586.   This amount represents funds that were not spent in FY2024 to be returned to the State.   The committee recommends approval.    The committee also requested additional information on the VJCCCA budget and the amount of the County contribution which has been attached.
