    Supplemental agra-business is a necessity in today's day and age. The request is very reasonable with more than fair accommodation. I would much rather see such activities continue than the land be sold to subdivision developers because those owning the land simply can't justify the cost of owning it.
    I reside within close proximity of the proposed CUP and have NEVER heard music, partying, or any disturbance of any nature. The improvements to the property are not only welcoming, but suggest a significant commitment by the owners to long term community buy-in to the Star Tannery family. Thank you in advance for supporting/preserving the true intent and nature of our Star Tannery community.
