I oppose this permit as it will cause major disruption to our residential neighborhood. We should not be subjected to loud music, possible intoxicated individuals and increased traffic on a daily basis. This would affect sleep patterns for the families with small children and peoples work schedules. We have a noise ordinance in our development covenants that were put in place by the prior owners (Hockman) of the farm and property and the same restrictions should be on that property for all of us. We can currently hear music from West Oaks at our homes when they have events, and this would be multiplied with being right next to our homes.
