Red bud magisterial district. Will you even read these? I opposed this before, as so many of us did, and it was approved by some people who have no idea what they are doing to us, our homes. I don't believe we have a voice in Frederick county, we are begging you not to vote yes on this. This is where we live, it is a nice neighborhood and you are going to change that by adding a loud, ugly, unsafe, bright monstrosity up against our properties. If you vote yes, who will be addressing/paying for/correcting the damage it does to our property values and safety of our children? How about the safety of our homes? Light pollution? View from our windows and decks and general home enjoyment? PLEASE do not do this to the people in YOUR district. We don't need this or want this.
I live in Pioneer Heights, Red Bud Magisterial District. I am opposed to this rezoning and building of a self storage facility because it will directly impact my property as I can see the property from my backyard. The lights, the noise, the crime the traffic that this business would bring would be very disruptive to us who live in close proximity to the proposed business. In addition, it will greatly diminish the life style of our community and bring down our property values tremendously.
I’m a resident of the subdivision. This has long been one of the quietest subdivisions in the area. The self storage could change that. Along with the the high traffic on Rt 7 this would create exiting issues from the units.
