    I live in Pioneer Heights, Red Bud magisterial district. I am opposed to this rezoning because I will be able to see the property from my backyard. The noise, the lights at night, the crime this type of property attracts, and the traffic on route seven will greatly impact our neighborhood. In addition, it will greatly reduce our property values. There are safety concerns and environmental concerns that will threaten water, quality, nearby, residential dwellings, erosion areas, local wildlife, and the broader ecosystem of the Ash Hollow Creek area.
    I attended the February 19, 2025 planning commission and listened to their report on this proposed development which said that it does not conform to the counties comprehensive development plan. I do not understand why we would build something that does not conform to our comprehensive development plan. The area is a residential area and it needs to remain a residential area.
