13.A) Road Impact Fees and Transportation Cash Proffer Considerations The Board previously approved a scope of work to update the Capital Impacts Model (CapIM) and evaluate the implementation of a Road Impact Fees program and/or an Offsite Cash Proffers for Transportation program. After review and consideration of the attached report and options, the Board may elect to direct staff to implement an Offsite Cash Proffer approach, which could be implemented immediately via an update to the existing model and adoption by the Board, or to pursue drafting a Road Impact Fee ordinance and program framework for future adoption by the Board.
