13.D) Information/Discussion: Ordinance Amendment - TNDB District Standards (Traditional Neighborhood Design Business Overlay District)   This is a proposal to amend Chapter 165 - Zoning Ordinance to amend dimensional regulations contained in §165-705.04 for the TNBD (Traditional Neighborhood Design-Business) Overlay District to modify the maximum height (feet) allowed.
