6.H) Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $500,000. This amount represents proffer funds designated to Clear Brook Volunteer Fire and Rescue.  This is a reimbursement to the department for the down payment on an Engine to replace the current 2004 Pumper.  No local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
